LOCAL TAXES

From time to time customs or duties are levied on goods and your order may incur charges depending on factors outside our control. We cannot be held liable for these charges. We advise our customers to check with local authorities or legislation as to what regulations apply to deliveries and orders.

 

RETURN POLICY

Rogue Royalty produces quality products and we have so much confidence in our craftsmanship that if you are not satisfied with the quality of your Rogue Royalty product, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery. Within this period you may view, assess and/or try on the item, unless otherwise stated. If you have received an item that is different from your expectations, or the item is not the right size, no problem. In this case, please contact us so that we can help you return the product. Of course, we expect you to receive the product in its original condition, that is to say clean, undamaged, odorless and free of dog hair.

The costs for returning from home to our webshop are at your own expense, unless it concerns a defective or incorrect product, in which case we will cover the costs.
We minimize the return costs by creating a return shipping label, this is cheaper than sending the package yourself. This is only possible within the Netherlands. The costs are €6.95. It is not possible to return without a shipping label from us.

The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of return, provided the items have been received in good condition.*

*If not the entire order is returned, only the costs of the returned product will be credited.
*Surcharges on shipping costs such as morning or evening delivery will not be credited.
*It is possible that due to a (partial) return, the remainder of the order has a value that has fallen below the free shipping threshold. The shipping costs will then still be charged.

If you want to return something, please always contact us via email kim@rogueroyalty.com, stating the order number.

All items leaving our warehouse are carefully inspected and items that have been used, damaged or dirty, regardless of the length of time the customer has had the item, are not eligible for refund or return.

SALE & OFFERS

It is not possible to return items that are on offer or sale.

REFUNDS

In general, you can expect your refund within 2 weeks of your return. This period includes the turnaround time for us to receive your return between 5-10 business days, the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes for our refund request to be processed by your bank (5-10 business days).
