The outer layer of the Rogue Active Dog Coats is lightweight, rainproof nylon insulated with thermal fleece material and silky soft lining on the inside. Our dog coats are designed for full coverage while allowing full freedom of movement. The coat fastens at the front and around the chest with buckles and velcro.
