Delivery
Our chosen delivery contractor is PostNL. Orders are processed on a daily basis and usually ship out within 2 working days.
In the event that stock is not available due to circumstances beyond our control you will have option to either cancel the order or simply have it placed on our backorder system. Once the goods have arrived you will advised and the order will proceed as normal.
Deliveries to a different address are possible. Simply nominate the delivery address in the order shopping cart facility.
Order cancellation can only be accepted by email prior to the order leaving our distribution centre. After that time we ask you to follow the steps outlined in our cancellation policy
Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as the order has not already entered the delivery process. Please contact us by email on info@rogueroyalty.nl
You will need to provide us with your name, the shipping address, and receipt number. If the order has already entered the delivery process then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and then arrangements made for the item to be sent back to enable the system of refunding to be undertaken.
Refunds & Returns
"You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the order. You have 14 days to return your product after cancellation. The costs for returning from customer to our warehouse are at your own expense. You will receive a return label from us to send the package back. Wel will than credit the full order amount minus return shipping charges *. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, it will return the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - to the vendor in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us at info@rogueroyalty.nl. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days of receiving your return. "
Exclusions on returning products include sealed products with the seal being broken.
* If the entire order is not returned, only the cost of the returned product will be credited.

RETURNS POLICY
Rogue Royalty accepts that occasionally products arrive that may have been damaged in transit or did not meet your expectations. If the product you ordered is damaged, faulty or does not meet your expectations, then simply return your purchase within 8 days (or 14 days for damaged goods) for a full refund.We also offer refund or exchange on any products you may have had a skin reaction to. Please return any such products within 8 days of receiving the goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment within 14 days.
